This is our nth visit to Mysuru and we have stayed at multiple places but the stay at Grand Mercure stands out! The entire staff at the hotel made our visit such a pleasure. Special shout out to Sanjay, Siddharth, Dipu and Sangram!! Thank you so much! You all are excellent at hospitality! Keep it up!

Great food at lauppu.. excellent service at the restaurant ad superb breakfast. Fantastic location great staff. Thanks to Sanjay and Sangram for superb service and will come back again. The dinner was excellent and superb buffet. By the blue was also great..

Very good hotel with good food and service. Special thanks to Chef Kishan. We all enjoyed the stay at Grand Mercure Mysore. We got warm welcome on arrival and the front desk team had given all the information about the sight seeing places as well.

Grand mercure mysore, one of the best hotel at Mysore. Check in was smooth and given room on time. Restaurant food was delicious. Staffs are courteous and very professional, especially reception staffs. Quick service during luggage assistance too. Mr. Rajesh was very helpful during our stay, always smile on the face. During check out, bill was kept ready as we wanted to leave quickly. very good service. we would love to come back again.

Awesome Experience with the hotel and great hospitality and staff Prabhat was very cooperative and there is awesome pool side bar and stay arrangement..IF I get a chance again to visit Mysore will prefer this hotel and will stay with family and friends.
